Juan Carlos Jobet leads the Ministry of Energy with the mission of catalyzing the transition to a decarbonized energy system that enables a carbon-neutral economy in Chile. He holds a degree in Business Management from Universidad Católica de Chile, as well as Master’s Degrees in Business Administration and in Public Administration from Harvard University. His career began at corporate finance consulting and has subsequently held several positions in the public and private sectors, such as Undersecretary of Housing and Minister of Labor and Social Welfare.

Michèle Azalbert is CEO of the ENGIE Hydrogen Business Unit, which is committed to massively developing ENGIE’s positions on renewable hydrogen. Before, she was Executive VP of ENGIE Global Market and held the position of COO of ENGIE’s Global LNG BU, in charge of Supply and Trading. She has held various other responsibilities in the sectors of treasury, financing and risk management, at Elf Aquitaine, Sanofi, and the Suez Group.
Michèle holds a computer science engineering degree and graduated in Business Administration at HEC.
Bernd Heid is a Senior Partner with McKinsey & Company and is based in Cologne, Germany. He is the global leader of the McKinsey Hydrogen Service Line and leads McKinsey’s collaboration with the WEF and the Hydrogen Council, where he co-authored the “Hydrogen Scaling-up” and “Cost Roadmap” reports. In addition, he leads McKinsey’s commercial vehicle segment globally.
Bernd holds a Master’s degree in mechanical engineering from RWTH Aachen and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as well as a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management.
